캐나다 University of Manitoba 약학대학(College of Pharmacy)에서 석사과정 학생을 대상으로 Global Research Internship Program을 운영합니다. 본 프로그램은 선발된 학생이 University of Manitoba 약학대학 소속 교수의 지도를 받으며 연구인턴십을 수행할 수 있는 기회를 제공하며, 최대 CAD 10,000의 장학금(비고용성 지원금)이 제공됩니다.

1. 프로그램 개요

Global Research Internship Program at the University of Manitoba – Call for Applications

The College of Pharmacy at the University of Manitoba, Canada, is pleased to offer a Global Research Internship Program for eligible Master's students.

Selected students will have the opportunity to undertake a research internship at the University of Manitoba under the supervision of a faculty researcher in the College of Pharmacy. Successful applicants will receive a merit-based award of up to CAD 10,000 per student.

1. Program Overview

•   Program: Global Research Internship Program
•   Host Institution: College of Pharmacy, University of Manitoba, Canada
•   Eligibility: Full-time Master's students enrolled in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Health Sciences, or closely related fields
•   Duration: 3–4 months (maximum 16 weeks) 
•   Expected Arrival: Late April to early May 2027
•   Start Date: Flexible, depending on laboratory schedules and immigration timelines
•   Funding: Merit-based award of up to CAD 10,000 per student (non-employment award)

2. Application Materials

  Students should prepare:

1.   A ranked list of preferred University of Manitoba faculty supervisors
2.   Curriculum vitae (CV)
3.   Unofficial academic transcript

  The home institution will submit the following materials to the University of Manitoba:

•   A consolidated spreadsheet listing each student's ranked supervisor preferences
•   Individual CVs
•   Individual academic transcripts

3. Application Deadline

  October 19, 2026

  The deadline is set to allow sufficient time for application review, supervisor-student matching, and immigration or visa processing prior to the intended arrival date.

4. Research Projects and Faculty Supervisors

  Students may select their preferred research areas and faculty supervisors from the available projects offered by researchers in the College of Pharmacy.

5. Additional Information

•   Successful applicants will be appointed as Visiting Student Researchers (VSRs) at the University of Manitoba.
•   The University's International Centre and Immigration Services team will provide guidance regarding the necessary immigration procedures.
•   A University of Manitoba faculty supervisor will provide an invitation letter to support the immigration process.
•   The program aims to promote international research exchange and strengthen academic collaboration between the two institutions.
